DESIGN & STYLING

We are available to assist you with making your dream a reality and making sure all of the details are in place, so you can enjoy your event. Charges for our styling and design services are dependent on the type and size of event. Charges will be agreed upon on a case by case basis.

  • If you are interested in pursuing our design/styling services, a one hour meeting (for a $50 charge) will take place no later then 6 months prior to wedding date and 2 months prior to other event dates, to discuss details and design.

RENTALS

Our rental coordinators will help to achieve your vision by offering a unique collection of decorations and accessories for gatherings of any size: weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate parties and more!

Overview of rental process:

  1. Visit the rentals section of our website the choose the pieces for your event. Want to take a look at our rentals in person, we can arrange that!

  2. Would you like us to come up with the decor design of the event?

  3. Would you like us to set up the decor rentals for the event?

  4. Would you like to pick up your items or have them delivered for your event?

  5. Would you like to drop the items off or have us pick them up after your event?

  6. After we know the answers to those questions we are able to send you a quote and contract via email.

  7. 50% of the quoted cost is required upon the signing of your quote and contract. This officially holds your date and secure your items.

  8. Pay the remaining 50% balance no later then 14 days before the date of your event.

 
 
 

Minimum rental fee: The minimum rental fee for any event it $75.00. If you are looking to include our delivery and pick up services, the minimum rental fee for an event is $150.00.

Down payment required: In order to reserve your event date and rentals, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required upon quote and contract signing. The final payment of the remaining 50% is due no later than 14 days prior to the event.

Delivery and Pick Up: We offer FREE delivery services within 25 miles of Sullivan, Wisconsin (zip code: 53137). Please contact us and we will work to accommodate further locations. Delivery fees for further locations range from $25.00 to $75.00.

Rental order modifications: You may modify your rental items or services up until 4 weeks prior to your wedding event and 2 weeks of any other type of event. Note there are no refunds for cancellations of rental after the times noted above.
